Instead of a major and minor, the curriculum consists of courses from three "areas of concentration" selected by the student and by the Extended Studies College Advisor. The degree program is designed so that the three areas of concentration will create a coherent program of study based on a unifying intellectual interest or professional goal. NEW PROGRAM BEGINNING IN THE SUMMER OF 2002
The Online BSBA (with a major in general business and a minor in economics) is a degree completion program consisting of sixty upper-division credit hours. The curriculum is designed to fit seamlessly with an Associates of Arts degree from a Florida community college. The curriculum is composed of fifteen mandatory four-credit courses. Although the program accepts students regardless of where they reside, currently the plan for Online BSBA students is to have them take their exams at any of the participating 25 community colleges throughout the State of Florida.
